Please be informed that a Meeting of the Beijing Annual Gathering of the Club will be held at the following:
a. Venue : Poolside Dining Hall, Kelab Perdana DiRaja.
b. Date : Friday 08 January 2010.
c. Commencing At : 1700 hrs.

The resolutions taken at the meeting have been sent via e mail. However, Yusof Mohd Noor e mail address has been rejected every time i send the notice.

a. The Beijing Tour is from Jun 15 to Jun 20, 2010.
b. The cost is RM $2590 @ adult pax, RM $ 2,180 @ child pax extra bed (and RM 2,030 no bed) triple sharing. Single room add RM $ 396.(Yusof take note)
c. Payment by 5 installments beginning Jan 21 the first installment being RM $500 @ pax, ending with the final (5th) installment RM $ 590 ( or whichever balance)by May 30, 2010.
d. Pasports with a validity of AT LEAST 6 months from Jun 15, 2010 together with the Visa Application Forms with the recent passport size photo are to be submitted to me or Burn by MAY 15, 2010.
e. Any stragglers including friends and relatives could still join and must submit their names with the appropriate amount of installments by APRIL 15, 2010.
